They specialize in flat roofing systems across a wide range of commercial developments, with 12–13 active projects at any given time across Surrey, Langley, Vancouver, and Whistler.<\/span>

As their team grows, they're seeking a <\/span><\/span>Roofing Operations Manager<\/b> <\/span>to help drive efficiency and execution on -site while ensuring a high standard of safety, coordination, and client satisfaction.<\/span>

The Opportunity<\/span>

This is a key leadership role designed to complement the current Roofing Manager, who is at capacity managing estimating and office work. You’ll take the lead on day -to -day operations across multiple sites, becoming the operational engine of our roofing projects.<\/span>

What You’ll Be Doing<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Site Oversight:<\/b> <\/span>Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and quality standards
<\/li>- Safety & Compliance:<\/b> <\/span>Implement and enforce safety protocols across all project sites
<\/li>- Material Management:<\/b> <\/span>Coordinate delivery and staging of roofing materials in alignment with project schedules
<\/li>- Scheduling & Coordination:<\/b> <\/span>Liaise with subcontractors, project teams, and suppliers to manage timelines and resolve site issues
<\/li>- Client & Stakeholder Communication:<\/b> <\/span>Represent the company with professionalism in client -facing interactions and progress meetings
<\/li>- Operational Support:<\/b> <\/span>Work closely with the existing Roofing Manager to divide responsibilities between field and office
<\/li><\/ul>What You Bring<\/span>
<\/div>- Technical Roofing Knowledge:<\/b> <\/span>Prior experience in commercial flat, torch -on roofing (field or supervisory) is essential
<\/li>- Professionalism:<\/b> <\/span>A calm, competent presence on job sites and in meetings
<\/li>- Organizational Skills:<\/b> <\/span>Ability to juggle multiple job sites with moving parts
<\/li>- Leadership:<\/b> <\/span>A proactive approach to solving site issues and motivating subcontractors and crews
<\/li>- Bonus Points For:<\/b> <\/span>Experience in roofing inspection, estimating, or previous leadership roles in the building envelope space
