Duties Safely operate heavy-duty roll-off trucks to pick up, transport, and drop off large waste containers at designated sites Perform routine inspections of the truck before and after shifts to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Load and unload waste containers using hydraulic systems, requiring physical effort and heavy lifting when necessary Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during daily operations Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site personnel, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate records of routes, deliveries, and service logs for accountability and reporting purposes Assist with general maintenance checks on the truck to keep equipment in optimal condition Experience Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record Prior experience operating large trucks or similar heavy machinery preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic regulations Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Embark on a career that combines active driving with impactful service!
