Roll-Off Truck Driver

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a roll-off truck to load, transport, and deliver large open-top containers to customer locations, disposal sites, and recycling facilities. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is safe and in proper working condition. Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding assignments, delivery routes, schedule changes, and other instructions. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents. Ensure containers are handled, secured, and transported safely and properly. Keep the truck clean and well-maintained, and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly. Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Valid Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with an air brake endorsement, as required. Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safe driving practices. Salary based on roll-off experience. A minimum of two years of experience operating roll-off trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles is preferred. Compensation will be based on experience, particularly prior roll-off truck experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Dependable, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
