Roll-Off Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mixer Operator with a CDL B license to join our trash and disposal business. This role involves operating front load and roll-off waste collection trucks to ensure efficient and safe disposal services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with front load and roll-off containers, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence. Duties Operate front load and roll-off waste collection trucks in accordance with company policies and safety regulations. Load, transport, and unload waste materials efficiently while adhering to route schedules. Ensure proper handling and disposal of trash in compliance with environmental standards. Perform routine inspections of trucks and equipment to maintain safety and operational readiness. Assist in the setup and breakdown of containers at customer sites as needed. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including waste loads and route completion. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational issues or safety concerns. Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during operations. Requirements Valid CDL B license with appropriate endorsements for commercial waste hauling. Proven experience operating front load and roll-off waste collection trucks. Strong knowledge of waste disposal procedures, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, loading, and maneuvering containers. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
