Roll-Off Driver (CDL Required)

We are seeking a reliable driver to join our team in Virginia Beach. This position is responsible for delivering and picking up roll-off dumpsters at construction sites, residential homes, and commercial locations throughout Hampton Roads and surrounding areas. We are a locally owned, fast-growing company looking for someone who is dependable, professional with customers, and takes pride in their equipment. Responsibilities Deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections Operate roll-off truck safely and efficiently Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records Communicate with dispatch regarding schedule and job updates Ensure dumpsters are placed safely and in proper locations Keep truck clean and report any maintenance issues Follow all DOT and safety regulations Requirements Valid CDL (Class A or B) Clean driving record Experience driving manual transmission preferred Roll-off experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Ability to work independently Good customer service skills Ability to lift and perform physical work as needed Pay & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime available Weekly pay Paid time off Steady, year-round work Locally owned company with a great team environment Schedule Monday – Friday Occasional Weekends as needed Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
