Roll Off Driver

Waste Solutions Inc. is seeking a dependable, experienced, CDL Class B Driver to drive a Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves delivering, picking up, and exchanging roll-off dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction locations throughout Northwest Indiana. Qualified candidates must have a Class B CDL or higher and be capable of operating a manual transmission truck. We are looking for a safety-conscious, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work, provides good customer service, and is very dependable. Responsibilities Deliver, pick up, and exchange roll-off dumpsters at customer locations. Safely operate roll-off trucks equipped with manual transmissions. Properly load, secure, tarp, and transport containers. Navigate construction sites, commercial properties, and residential locations safely. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain communication with dispatch regarding daily routes and service needs. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures. Maintain assigned equipment in a clean and professional condition. Requirements Valid Class B CDL or Class A CDL required. Manual transmission driving ability required – no automatic transmission-only restriction. Valid DOT medical certification. Acceptable driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements. Experience operating roll-off trucks preferred. Ability to safely maneuver trucks in confined areas and challenging job sites. Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Ability to perform physical duties associated with roll-off container operations.
