This is a great opportunity to get behind the wheel of a heavy-duty truck and play a vital role in keeping our community clean and our customers satisfied. Responsibilities: Safely operate roll off trucks to deliver, exchange, and pick up waste containers at customer sites Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently while meeting customer needs Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Communicate professionally with customers on-site regarding container placement and service Maintain accurate driver logs, manifests, and delivery records Ensure proper securing and transport of loaded containers in accordance with safety standards Report vehicle maintenance needs and any incidents or hazards to management promptly Requirements: Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Previous roll off, waste, or heavy truck driving experience preferred Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude About Us: Rubin Waste Disposal LLC is a trusted waste management company proudly serving the Howell, NJ area and surrounding communities.
