Pick the Schedule That Fits Your Life, and Get Paid More for It Our client, a leading autonomous vehicle company, is hiring Readiness & Response Operators to keep its test fleet safe, prepared, and road-ready. You’ll work hands-on with vehicles and technology, with a front-row seat to how self-driving systems are built and tested. Autonomous vehicle experience is a plus, but a safety-first mindset and sharp attention to detail matter most. Pay & Benefits $29/hour base pay Earn 5% to 10% extra per hour with shift differentials: 1st Shift: +5% on weekends (Sat & Sun) 2nd Shift: +5% on weekdays, +7% on weekends (Sat & Sun) 3rd Shift: +7.5% on weekdays, +10% on weekends (Sat & Sun) Flexible Shifts and Schedules Choose the shift and days that work best for you. We offer morning, afternoon, and overnight options, with three different work-week patterns. Shifts 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Work-week options Tuesday – Saturday Sunday – Thursday Thursday – Monday Training (first 4 weeks), Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Shifts and schedules are subject to change. What You’ll Do Inspect vehicles before testing, verifying both hardware and software Clean sensors and charge vehicles so they’re fully mission-ready Confirm each vehicle meets strict engineering standards before it goes on the road Move vehicles and equipment between locations to support fleet logistics Assist with vehicle recovery events and manage supplies Help launch new test sites as the program grows What You Bring A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail Comfort following detailed, structured processes Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Willingness to balance physical work with technical tasks Enthusiasm for autonomous vehicle technology Preferred: experience with autonomous vehicles or similar technology Why You’ll Love This Role This is more than a job.
