Responsibilities Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, arriving equipped to handle a variety of vehicle emergencies. Perform services such as tire changes, jump-starts, fuel delivery, and lockouts to get vehicles moving again. Communicate clearly with customers, providing professional service and updates throughout the assistance process. Accept jobs through our mobile Dispatching app Have a reliable vehicle Smart phone Have your own tools 2 ton car jack 2000 amp jumper pack 20 ft jumper cable Breaker bar 17mm - 22 mm lug socket Lockout kit 2 gal gas can Skills Mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. ( preferred but not required ) Proficiency with hand tools. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely when lifting or maneuvering vehicle parts or equipment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
