Roadside Service Dispatcher — Serve as the first point of contact for policyholders requesting urgent roadside assistance. Handle high-volume inbound calls, assess customer needs, and dispatch appropriate towing and roadside service providers using mapping and dispatch tools. Key Duties Verify coverage and eligibility for roadside assistance. Document each interaction accurately and completely. Provide timely, clear updates to customers until service is complete. Coordinate dispatch activities efficiently and in line with service requirements. Use mapping/dispatch software to select and route providers. Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service and communication skills for urgent, high-volume calls. Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound dispatch decisions. Comfort working with mapping and dispatch software. High attention to detail for coverage checks and accurate recordkeeping. Performance-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and consistency.
