responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated material handling equipment, conveyor systems, robotics, and facility equipment to ensure maximum operational uptime and safety.
Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, automated equipment, and material handling systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Conduct fault-finding and diagnostic testing using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately within maintenance systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on reliability, throughput, and equipment performance.
• Work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to ensure facility performance goals are met.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with conveyors, motors, drives, bearings, gearboxes, and automated equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems is a plus.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
Preferred Experience
• Maintenance experience in a distribution center, fulfillment center, manufacturing facility, or automated production environment.
• Experience with robotics, automation systems, PLC troubleshooting, and material handling equipment (MHE).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr.
