RMA Warehouse Associate (Bilingual Mandarin Preferred)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented RMA Warehouse Associate to join our Returns Department. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, customer returns, after-sales service, or RMA experience. The successful candidate will support the processing of returned merchandise, maintain accurate inventory records, and help keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly. Mandarin Chinese communication skills are important for coordinating with our Mandarin-speaking team members, vendors, and/or customers. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise (RMA) Verify returned product quantities, condition, and related documentation Use PDA scanners and warehouse systems to complete inventory transactions Perform accurate data entry and maintain RMA and inventory records Relabel, repackage, replace cartons, and prepare products for disposition or restocking Complete outbound and return-related records using Google Forms Conduct basic product inspections; training will be provided Organize and transfer products to the finished-goods warehouse Assist with order fulfillment, inventory counts, and other warehouse duties as needed Communicate with internal teams regarding return status, product issues, and inventory discrepancies Qualifications Mandarin Chinese speaking ability required; basic English communication skills required Previous experience in warehouse operations, returns, RMA, customer service, after-sales support, or inventory control strongly preferred Comfortable using PDA scanners, computers, Google Forms, and warehouse management systems Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately Good hands-on skills; able to inspect, sort, relabel, and repackage products Reliable, organized, positive, and able to work well in a team environment Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse environment Able to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed Compensation & Benefits 10 paid time off (PTO) days per year 5 paid sick days per year; unused sick time may be cashed out at year-end, subject to company policy 6 paid federal holidays per year 100% employer-paid health insurance 401(k) plan with company matching Training and growth opportunities in warehouse and supply-chain operations Apply now to join our growing team!
