RMA Specialist
ConfidentialRMA Specialist We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Specialist to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for processing returned electronic products, inspecting and verifying returned inventory, documenting product conditions, and ensuring all returns are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with electronics, and able to maintain accurate records while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise and RMA inventory Verify returned products against RMA documentation and inventory records Inspect electronic devices for condition, damage, missing parts, and other issues Test and evaluate returned devices as required Accurately document product condition, serial numbers, IMEI numbers, and other identifying information Determine the appropriate disposition of returned products based on company procedures Separate products for resale, repair, refurbishment, parts, or other designated categories Update inventory and RMA records accurately in company systems Label, organize, and properly store processed merchandise Communicate discrepancies, damaged products, or inventory issues to management Work with warehouse, inventory, and other team members to resolve return-related issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company procedures for handling electronic devices and customer/vendor returns Assist with additional warehouse and inventory duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in RMA, returns processing, inventory, electronics, or warehouse operations preferred Experience working with smartphones, tablets, laptops, or other consumer electronics is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to identify and record serial numbers, IMEI numbers, model numbers, and product information accurately Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily productivity expectations Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Preferred Experience Experience with cell phones, tablets, laptops, Samsung, Apple, or other consumer electronics is highly preferred. Previous experience with electronics testing, grading, refurbishment, returns, or inventory management is also a plus. Pay: $600.00 per week Work Location: In person
