Rim Repair & Tire Sales Order Desk Representative
Union Rim and TireAssist walk-in, telephone, and wholesale customers. Recommend rims and tires based on customer needs, vehicle specifications, and fitment requirements. Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and close orders. Receive, enter, verify, and track customer orders. Check product availability, pricing, quantities, and delivery arrangements. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked and ready on time. Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer information. Build strong relationships with retail customers, tire shops, and wholesale accounts. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant automotive sales or rim and tire industry experience. Good knowledge of wheel sizes, bolt patterns, offsets, tire sizes, and vehicle fitment. Experience using computers, email, Excel, and order-entry or inventory systems. Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills. Ability to multitask in a busy environment and work accurately under pressure. Dependable, organized, and motivated to achieve sales targets. Compensation and benefits Competitive hourly wage of $25–$28, depending on experience.
