Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Rigging & Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This vital role involves managing inventory processes, coordinating rigging activities, and ensuring seamless materials management across our projects. Duties Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including shipping & receiving, order picking, and materials management to ensure accurate inventory levels. Coordinate rigging operations by scheduling equipment setup, ensuring safety compliance, and managing rigging supplies. Manage procurement processes by sourcing materials, negotiating pricing, and maintaining supplier relationships to optimize costs. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and CMMS software to track inventory movement and improve workflows. Conduct data analysis to identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements in inventory handling and rigging procedures. Support demand planning and forecasting efforts to ensure timely availability of materials for upcoming projects. Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving logs, inventory levels, procurement activities, and rigging schedules. Skills Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials management. Proficiency with ERP systems such as AS400, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and CMMS software. Strong data analysis skills to interpret inventory trends and process improvement opportunities. Knowledge of sourcing strategies, procurement practices, pricing negotiations, and freight logistics including 3PL providers. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred. Familiarity with demand planning techniques and e-commerce logistics workflows. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in rigging coordination and inventory control.
