RF Scanner

Overview Join our dynamic logistics team as an RF Scanner operator, where your expertise will drive efficient warehouse operations and seamless order fulfillment. In this role, you will utilize advanced RF scanning technology to accurately pick, pack, and manage inventory within a fast-paced distribution environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure smooth warehouse workflows and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities Operate RF scanners to accurately identify, select, and process items for order picking and packing Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, update stock movements, and ensure data accuracy Handle heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently Load and unload shipments using appropriate material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements Assist in inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, cycle counting, and quality control checks Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout warehouse distribution activities Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, or similar heavy machinery Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics purposes Strong understanding of warehouse operations including order picking & packing, inventory management, shipping & receiving Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while following safety guidelines Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leading small teams is a plus but not required Commitment to safety protocol adherence and PPE use during all material handling activities If you are interested please reach out to Jennifer to 972-786-1049 Join us if you’re eager to contribute your skills in a lively environment that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
