Reverse Logistics, Solution Lead (Hybrid in Sunnyvale)

Job Summary (Reverse Logistics Solution Lead) Lead strategy, design, and process improvement for reverse logistics and warranty operations in consumer electronics. Drive process optimization and operational efficiency across returns, repairs, refurbishments, and asset recovery. Partner with supply chain, logistics, and IT teams to define and implement scalable reverse logistics solutions. Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs for ERP and supply chain systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.). Support ERP application enhancements, deployments, and integrations related to reverse logistics and warranty management. Facilitate workshops and cross-functional collaboration to define and document future-state processes and workflows. Develop business cases, solution roadmaps, and implementation strategies for reverse logistics transformation initiatives. Document workflows, operational requirements, and system processes for returns, warranty, and entitlement operations. Analyze data, generate reports, and drive improvements in returns volume, repair turnaround, and warranty cost metrics. Support development and optimization of warranty/entitlement frameworks and lifecycle management. Leverage industry best practices in supply chain, process improvement (Six Sigma/DMAIC), and reverse logistics transformation. Deliver business value through operational improvements and effective stakeholder management.
