Returns & Warranty Operations Specialist (Warehouse)

Build and maintain simple spreadsheets/dashboards to track inventory accuracy, defect trends, and workflow efficiency. Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to the returns and warranty process. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve warranty claims quickly and accurately. Process physical returns: inspect products, test functionality, re-stock or ship out replacements. Assist with shipping/receiving and inventory organization when needed. Schedule Days of Operation: Monday-Sunday Some nights required Job Type Full-time 5 Days a Week (Weekends Required after Training) One Month training in the Warehouse before any computer responsibilities are added Pay $20.00 per hour Job Requirements Proficiency with Google Sheets (formulas, filters, conditional formatting, data accuracy). Lift 40-50lbs consistently Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, accurate records. Comfort with physical warehouse tasks (moving/lifting up to 50 lbs). Typing speed 40+ WPM. Interest in process improvement, efficiency, and using technology to solve problems. Prior experience in returns, warranty, technical support, or warehouse/operations is a plus.
