Returns Processing Specialist Location: Fort Worth, TX 76103 Job type: Full-time, in person Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay: Starting at $12.00 per hour About JENDER JENDER is a Fort Worth recommerce company that helps brands and retailers recover value from returned and excess merchandise. Our team inspects, grades, photographs, and prepares apparel, footwear, handbags, and other products for resale. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Returns Processing Specialist to help move merchandise through the process accurately—from inspection and inventory tracking to preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use computers and inventory tools as well as work with products hands-on. We provide training on our processes and software. What you’ll do Inspect returned merchandise and identify visible wear, damage, or missing parts Grade items using JENDER’s condition standards Sort and route products for resale, further review, or other outcomes Scan items and enter accurate inventory and product details Photograph merchandise and upload images Check listings and inventory records for accuracy Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Help organize inventory and keep work areas clean and orderly Move merchandise with carts, dollies, and pallet jacks Help wrap pallets and prepare freight shipments Work with teammates to keep daily processing and shipping on schedule What we’re looking for Strong attention to detail and follow-through Dependability and the ability to stay organized during a busy day Comfort using a computer and willingness to learn new software Ability to follow work and safety instructions and communicate about product condition and work assignments Warehouse, retail, inventory, or e-commerce experience is helpful, but not required Vietnamese language skills are a plus Physical requirements This role involves standing and walking for much of the shift, handling merchandise, and moving products using warehouse equipment. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and prepare pallets for shipment is required. Reasonable accommodations may be available for qualified individuals.
