Returns Processing & Inventory Control

We are looking for a smart, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Returns Processing & Inventory Control Specialist. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with computers, learns quickly, pays close attention to details, and takes pride in doing their work accurately. This position involves receiving returned electronic products, inspecting and verifying items, documenting their condition, and accurately entering information into our inventory management system. We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position and the opportunity to grow with our company. Key Responsibilities Receive, open, and process returned merchandise, including smartphones, tablets, and other electronics. Verify returned products against return authorizations and inventory records. Inspect items for physical damage, missing accessories, and discrepancies. Record product information, including serial numbers, IMEI numbers, model numbers, and condition. Accurately enter and update information in our computer-based inventory system. Take product photos and document any issues or discrepancies. Organize, label, and properly store processed merchandise. Identify and report missing, incorrect, damaged, or suspicious returns. Maintain accurate inventory records and an organized work area. Follow company procedures and assist with other inventory-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Honest, responsible, punctual, and dependable. Good communication skills. Ability to handle merchandise carefully and responsibly. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Previous experience in inventory control, returns processing, data entry, or electronics is preferred but not required.
