Returns Authorization Claims Processor
ConfidentialPosition Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Returns Authorization Claims Processor to handle the return process for electronic products such as TVs, speakers, and other consumer electronics. This is a hands-on, in-person role based in our warehouse and office, focused on submitting Return Authorization (RA) claims to manufacturers and ensuring our company receives proper credit or reimbursement. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with electronics and vendor return systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we recover costs efficiently while keeping our returns process running smoothly. Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, plus performance-based incentives tied to successful RA submissions and manufacturer payouts. Key Responsibilities: Accurately submit RA claims to manufacturers and follow up as needed Track the status of all RA submissions and ensure timely resolution Aid in and coordinate return shipments back to vendors or manufacturers Maintain organized records of returns, claims, and payouts Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams to streamline the returns process Identify recurring product issues and report trends to management Keep the returns area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is a plus. 1–2 years of experience in electronics returns, warehouse operations, or warranty processing preferred Familiarity with TVs, speakers, and consumer electronics is a plus Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, store managers, and team members. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving issues.
