Retractable Screen & Aluminum Installation Subcontractor

Nashville Enclosures is looking for experienced installation subcontractors to partner with our growing company on residential and commercial outdoor enclosure projects throughout Middle Tennessee and surrounding areas. We specialize in custom outdoor living spaces, including retractable screen systems, fixed screen rooms, 3-season rooms, and louvered roof systems. We are specifically seeking subcontractors with previous experience installing retractable screen systems and fixed screen rooms constructed with aluminum framework. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced installer or installation crew looking to take on consistent project work with a growing local company. Scope of Work Installation of custom retractable screen systems. Construction and installation of fixed screen rooms using aluminum framing. Installation of 3-season rooms and related enclosure components. Assembly and installation of aluminum framing and associated components according to project plans. Installation of louvered roof systems and other outdoor living products. Proper use and care of hand and power tools required for installation. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite. Coordinating with Nashville Enclosures regarding project schedules, site conditions, measurements, and installation requirements. Communicating field issues or changes that could affect project scope, schedule, or installation. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while working on client properties. Requirements REQUIRED: Previous experience installing retractable screen systems REQUIRED: Previous experience building and installing fixed screen rooms using aluminum framework Demonstrated ability to read and follow measurements, plans, and installation specifications Experience with hand and power tools commonly used in construction and installation Own and maintain all tools and equipment necessary to complete assigned installations Own and maintain a reliable work truck or vehicle suitable for transporting tools, equipment, materials, and installation components to jobsites Maintain appropriate commercial general liability insurance and provide proof of insurance upon request Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to safely handle materials and components weighing 50+ pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with Nashville Enclosures throughout the installation process Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working on client properties Partnering with Nashville Enclosures Nashville Enclosures is a locally owned company specializing in premium custom outdoor living spaces.
