In this role, speed and accuracy are everything. The tasks themselves are straightforward, but they require someone who can work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain a steady rhythm to ensure our retail stores get replenished on time. Please Note: This is a high-volume production and processing role, not a fashion or sourcing position. To maintain efficiency and fairness, employees are strictly prohibited from purchasing clothing or getting "first pick" of inventory at this warehouse location. We love working with focused individuals who view this as a production job rather than a personal shopping opportunity!Key Responsibilities Processing & Tagging: Unpacking inventory, hanging clothing efficiently, printing price tags, and accurately tagging garments. Organization: Sorting and organizing products by category to streamline store distribution. Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe; performing end-of-shift cleanup. Quality Control: Keeping an eye out for garment quality while maintaining a fast, consistent pace. What We Are Looking For Speed & Accuracy: Ability to hit production goals while maintaining high attention to detail. Reliability: Dependable attendance is non-negotiable—you are a key piece of our daily operation. Time-Conscious & Driven: A strong work ethic with a focus on efficiency and time management. Physical Capability: Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance. Trustworthy: An independent worker who takes pride in doing a thorough, honest job.
