Duties Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management to ensure seamless transactions. Supervise and motivate sales associates by providing coaching, training, and development to enhance team performance and customer service quality. Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities. Oversee customer interactions by delivering outstanding service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Coordinate scheduling, shift management, and task delegation to optimize staffing efficiency while maintaining operational standards. Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews for potential hires, and participate in recruiting efforts to build a strong retail team. Maintain organizational standards by supervising bookkeeping activities such as payroll processing, sales tracking, and basic math calculations for daily reporting. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with a focus on team leadership. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and managerial communication to motivate staff and engage customers effectively. Demonstrated ability in inventory management, merchandising, POS systems operation, and operational management practices. Experience with employee orientation, interviewing candidates, recruiting processes, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities such as stocking, pricing, sales management, and shift supervision. Knowledge of retail math including basic math calculations related to sales figures, budgeting, and inventory control is essential.
