Reports to: Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager All applicants must be 19+ A day in the life Assist the Leadership team to oversee the daily operations of the store Assist with training/on-boarding of newly hired employees Support your team through consistent coaching and feedback Work in conjunction with other supervisors to ensure regular cycle counting is completed each quarter Proficiency with POS systems and inventory databases Assist with inventory management and backstock Be mindful of customer and industry trends in order to identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase store traffic Lead by example at all times Maintain a presence on the floor Maintain open communication with the Leadership team Skills: Ability to influence, motivate and lead a team to action Excellent verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills Effective time management skills Customer and team conflict resolution Ability to de-escalate a high-stress situation Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment Ability to coach and mentor Personality Traits: High integrity Works well with others Highly organized Detail oriented Resourceful Coachable Desire to be developed and grow Natural leadership qualities Compassionate Qualifications: 3-5 years retail or customer service experience WSET Level 2 or equivalent industry knowledge 1-2 years of leadership experience is a bonus Experience coaching/mentoring a team Experience with inventory management is an asset Understanding of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Publisher) Serving it Right certificate Company Traits: People focused Inclusive and open-minded Innovative Authentic Collaborative Growth oriented What's in it for you?
