As we continue to expand our retail and e-commerce presence, we are looking for a passionate, results-driven Store Manager to lead our omnichannel operations, develop our team, and drive sustainable business growth. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee both our physical retail store and e-commerce operations, drive overall sales performance, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for retail, customer service, and digital commerce. This position plays a key role in achieving sales targets, optimizing operational efficiency, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across online and offline channels. Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Management Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance with company policies. Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation. Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, visual merchandising, product presentation, and overall customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, productivity, and store performance. Ensure store operations comply with applicable labor, safety, and retail regulations. Omnichannel Operations & E-Commerce Management Oversee and coordinate both in-store retail operations and online sales channels, ensuring consistent brand standards, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Manage daily operations across physical retail and e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other digital sales channels. Develop and execute omnichannel sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase customer engagement, and achieve overall business targets. Monitor online and offline sales performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and profitability. Coordinate inventory management across online and physical stores to ensure accurate stock availability, timely order fulfillment, and efficient product replenishment. Supervise online order processing, fulfillment, customer inquiries, returns, and after-sales support. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support digital campaigns, social media promotions, product launches, and in-store events. Integrate online and offline customer experiences through coordinated promotions, loyalty programs, and cross-channel sales initiatives. Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to management to support business growth. Sales Performance & Business Development Drive overall business revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer retention. Analyze sales trends and customer purchasing behaviors to identify growth opportunities. Implement upselling, cross-selling, and promotional strategies to maximize sales performance.
