Retail Store Manager
Task UPLocations: Fishtown & Chinatown, Philadelphia, PA Schedule: Full-time. Flexible shifts between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM. Weekend and evening availability required. Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $22–$24 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications. Overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws. About the Position Vape O2 is looking for an experienced, reliable, and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead our retail team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and working knowledge of vape products and related merchandise. Qualifications Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role. Knowledge of vape products, e-liquids, Kratom, and related merchandise preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and sales reporting. Ability to monitor sales performance and achieve business targets. Experience managing employee schedules, attendance, and performance. Knowledge of cash handling and daily store operations. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to enforce company policies and applicable age-verification and regulatory requirements. Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities. Lead, train, schedule, and supervise retail employees. Monitor sales targets, performance, and operational KPIs. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and reconciliation. Ensure accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and sales reporting. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation. Address customer concerns and maintain excellent customer service. Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and policy compliance. Enforce company rules and applicable regulatory requirements. Essential Physical Job Functions This position involves the following physical functions as part of regular store operations: Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds. Standing and walking for extended periods. Using stairs and ladders as required by store operations. Repetitive movements, including bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting.
