Retail Store Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! This is a newly opening Hot Tub and Sauna Showroom. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will inspire your team, manage inventory and merchandising, and uphold operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing guidance, training, and development to foster a high-performing work environment Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system oversight, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, purchasing, inventory control, and shrink reduction strategies This position requires customer facing sales of big ticket items Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and onboard new employees with a focus on employee orientation and training Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive communication with shoppers Pay is hourly plus sales commissions and monthly bonuses Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in retail sales management, including team supervision, sales strategies, and operational oversight Demonstrated skills in negotiation and sales Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, merchandising tools, and retail operations procedures Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us as a Retail Store Manager where your leadership will energize your team and elevate the shopping experience!
