Retail Store Manager

Duties Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to ensure product availability and optimal presentation. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Conduct regular shift management duties including scheduling, supervising cashiering activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Monitor sales data, perform retail math calculations for pricing strategies, and analyze operational metrics for continuous improvement. Skills Proven management experience in retail environments with strong supervisory skills. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math principles. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork; adept at training & development initiatives for staff growth. Customer service expertise with phone etiquette proficiency; capable of managing conflict resolution professionally.
