Duties Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and customer service standards Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and purchasing to maximize sales opportunities Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and employee orientation programs Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and manage operational budgets to ensure financial efficiency Maintain effective communication with staff through managerial communication skills while promoting teamwork and a positive store environment Qualifications Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of retail math, inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and operational procedures Excellent negotiation skills along with experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective communication skills and organizational abilities Experience with retail sales management including merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control Ability to handle basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and financial reporting Join us as a Retail Store Manager where your leadership fuels success!
