Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that suit their needs Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured items Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product organization, and stock counts Utilize communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and ensure store operations run seamlessly Skills Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience in retail sales, with a focus on technology products or related merchandise Strong technical sales experience with the ability to demonstrate product features confidently Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Proficiency in basic math for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations Organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods and multitask effectively Customer service expertise with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features and benefits Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays that drive sales This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail expertise in a fast-paced environment.
