Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately for retail sales transactions and cash handling Assist customers with product demos, upselling, and answering questions about store merchandise Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and replenished regularly Maintain phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Conduct merchandising activities to promote featured products and seasonal items Support inventory management by stocking products and participating in stock counts as needed Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for seamless retail sales transactions Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail or grocery settings is highly desirable Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual (if applicable) to serve diverse customer needs Experience demonstrating products and engaging customers through product demos Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and grocery store operations Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and the ability to upsell effectively Basic math skills for cash drawer handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks Familiarity with stock replenishment, cashiering procedures, and retail sales processes Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
