Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions Handle cash drawer operations with integrity, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end Assist customers with product demos, upselling opportunities, and answering product-related questions Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented according to merchandising standards Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and product replenishment Conduct basic math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and change-making with precision Promote store promotions and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Demonstrate product knowledge to educate customers and recommend suitable items based on their needs Qualifications Previous retail experience or supervising experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math concepts Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with customers and team members Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising principles, and sales techniques Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash drawers confidently Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This vibrant role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career.
