Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate cash registers and handle retail sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and cash drawer management Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales revenue Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively Assist with inventory management, including stocking, inventory counts, and product replenishment Use POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales processing and transaction recording Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support the store’s merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring compliance with visual standards Engage in product knowledge activities to stay informed about store offerings and assist customers confidently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals Skills Proficiency in POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Previous supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to perform retail sales with enthusiasm, including upselling techniques to maximize revenue Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities in both bilingual (if applicable) or monolingual settings Experience in product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of items Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays that drive sales Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, balancing cash drawers, and performing retail math calculations Familiarity with stock management practices such as stocking shelves and inventory counts Professional phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or via online inquiries Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Retail Store Associate if you're energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
