Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos to highlight features and benefits Conduct upselling and cross-selling to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store services Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product organization, and stock counts Demonstrate strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly and answer customer questions effectively Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in serving diverse customer bases Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features and benefits Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail expertise while delivering memorable shopping experiences.
