Retail Stockroom & Inventory Associate

Role: Merchandise Handler Responsibilities Receive and process inbound merchandise efficiently. Organize and replenish stock to ensure product availability. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized stockroom environment. Support the flow of products to sales floors and online order fulfillment. Utilize inventory tools and RF scanners for accurate stock management. Follow safety and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a secure workplace. Collaborate with store and distribution teams to execute floor sets and seasonal changes. Contribute to a customer-focused, team-oriented culture. Qualifications & Skills Basic knowledge of inventory management tools and RF scanners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow safety procedures and loss-prevention guidelines. Effective teamwork and communication skills. Adaptability to fast-paced retail environments.
