Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently by receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and organizing products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Manage inventory control through accurate scanning with RF scanners and maintaining stock levels according to store needs Ensure proper merchandising by arranging products attractively and in accordance with planograms Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading merchandise safely Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom, aisles, and display areas to uphold safety standards and store appearance Support customer service efforts by locating products, answering questions, and providing a friendly shopping experience Perform routine maintenance on equipment like pallet jacks and ensure all safety protocols are followed during heavy lifting or warehouse activities Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail math for accurate stock counts Experience operating RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising tasks Effective communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Prior warehouse or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of retail sales principles, customer service standards, and shipping & receiving procedures Join us as a Retail Stocking Associate to be an essential part of our team—helping create a welcoming environment while honing your skills in inventory control, merchandising, and warehouse operations.
