Retail Stocking Associate

Job Summary As a Retail Stocking Associate, you’ll keep products moving from delivery to the sales floor. You’ll receive, organize, and stock merchandise, support inventory accuracy, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store. Your work helps customers find the products they need and gives the sales team reliable, well-organized shelves. Duties Receive, load, unload, and move shipments; use a pallet jack, forklift, or other material handling equipment when qualified and authorized. Stock and merchandise products, including produce when assigned; follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and basic math to support inventory control, inventory management, packaging, and shipping and receiving tasks. Keep stockrooms and sales areas clean and orderly, and report maintenance needs. Communicate with coworkers and customers, provide customer service, and assist with retail sales or cashiering when needed. Your impact: Accurate stocking and inventory practices help customers locate products and enable store teams to serve them efficiently. Experience Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, materials handling, or manual handling experience is helpful; retail store or grocery store experience is also valued. Familiarity with stocking, retail store product knowledge, merchandising, sales, or customer service is preferred. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving merchandise, while following safe procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome. Forklift or pallet jack experience is useful. Be prepared to follow applicable equipment safety requirements.
