Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently by receiving, unpacking, and organizing products using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels, update stock records, and assist with inventory control processes Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading shipments safely and promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales floor to promote a safe shopping environment Support merchandising efforts by arranging products according to store standards and ensuring proper product placement Conduct manual handling of heavy items following safe lifting practices to prevent injuries Communicate effectively with team members in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring smooth operations across diverse staff and customer bases Skills Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and RF scanners Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock replenishment, and retail store product knowledge Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper safety techniques Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packaging, and merchandising tasks Effective communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with grocery store or retail sales environments enhances performance in this role Basic math skills for counting, pricing, and inventory calculations are essential for accuracy Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive attitude fuels our success!
