Retail Stocker

Responsibilities Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are organized, properly labeled, and accessible for customers Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load, unload, and move inventory Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and update stock records in the system Assist with shipping and receiving duties by loading and unloading shipments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including warehouse spaces and stockrooms Support inventory management efforts through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies Collaborate with team members to ensure product placement aligns with merchandising standards and store layout plans Provide excellent customer service by answering product questions and guiding shoppers to items when needed Requirements Previous warehouse or retail store experience is highly preferred, especially in stocking or materials handling roles Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and effectively Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and stock management Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and safe lifting practices throughout shifts Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments or inventory levels Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers confidently Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising principles, and grocery or produce handling is advantageous Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
