Retail Stocker

In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stock areas, and supporting the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service and a clean, well-organized environment every day. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks , ensuring safe lifting practices at all times Stock shelves efficiently by organizing produce, retail products, and merchandise according to store standards and planograms Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and assist in shipping & receiving processes Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock areas, including merchandising displays and storage rooms Assist with packaging products for sale or shipment, ensuring quality standards are met Support customer service by providing product knowledge, locating items, and responding to shopper inquiries promptly Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail stocking roles with familiarity in inventory management systems Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and merchandising tasks Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods during shifts Basic math skills for counting stock, processing transactions, and managing inventory data accurately Knowledge of retail store product placement, merchandising techniques, and shipping & receiving procedures Join us in creating an inviting shopping environment where products are well-stocked, organized, and ready for our customers’ needs.
