Retail Stocker

Duties Stock shelves with merchandise while adhering to merchandising standards and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including cleaning shelves, packing stations, and warehouse spaces. Assist customers with locating products, answer questions about merchandise or store policies, and provide excellent customer service. Support retail sales initiatives through effective merchandising, promotional displays, and product packaging. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking routines and uphold store presentation standards. Experience: Previous experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or inventory management is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and comfortably lift/move boxes weighing up to 40–50 lbs. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately count inventory, match item numbers, and spot pricing errors. Efficiency: High energy and a sense of urgency to get merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor quickly. Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings , evenings, or weekends. Bilingual: Is a plus Work Location: In person
