Job Summary Flyby Provisions is a vibrant gift shop located in downtown Albuquerque, dedicated to showcasing products from small local businesses. We take pride in offering unique and high-quality items that celebrate the creativity and craftsmanship of our community. In addition to our storefront, we provide corporate gifting services and operate a website featuring gift boxes and products that can be shipped domestically and internationally. We are seeking a dynamic Retail Specialist to join our team at Flyby Provisions. This role will encompass various responsibilities including in-store retail sales, e-commerce sales management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to in-store shoppers, assisting with product selection, inquiries, and transactions Manage e-commerce sales operations, including product listings, digital marketing initiatives, and order processing on platforms such as Shopify Coordinate order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of online orders, including picking, packing, and shipping Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displays in-store and online Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock counts Monitor sales performance and contribute to the development of strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience across all sales channels Provide support to the management team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed Qualifications Administrative support (clerical), business management and operations Marketing/Digital media marketing Previous experience in retail sales and customer service roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and experience managing online stores, preferably Shopify Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable attitude Experience with order fulfillment processes and knowledge of shipping procedures is a plus Work Schedule: Shifts available during store hours, including weekends. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week Work Location: In person
