The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and assist customers in finding the right products. Duties: Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary in our fireplace showroom Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines Track sales and status reports Achieve agreed upon sales targets ● Product fulfillment and procurement ● Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner ● Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and answer customer inquiries ● Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently ● Maintain a clean and organized sales floor ● Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty Skills & Qualifications ● Dedication towards providing exceptional customer service and in-store experiences. ● Demonstrated success in driving sales and building customer loyalty. ● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ● Previous experience in HVAC or Plumbing an asset ● Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred ● Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus ● Knowledge of cashiering procedures and basic math skills ● Ability to learn about technology products and convey their benefits to customers ● Excellent phone etiquette and time management skills ● Proven ability to sell products and services effectively ● Past experience with Lightspeed is preferred but not mandatory ● Past experience with new construction is preferred but not mandatory ● Architectural or Interior Design experience an asset Benefits: ● Competitive hourly wage with opportunities for commission or bonuses based on performance ● Training provided to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge ● Employee discounts on merchandise ● Opportunities for career growth within the company If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we invite you to apply for the Sales Associate position with us.
