We operate both a retail shop in Lehi, Utah, and an online store serving customers across the country. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, dependable Retail & Shipping Operations Lead who enjoys working in a creative environment and takes pride in keeping a business running smoothly. This is a hands-on position combining retail leadership, customer service, online order fulfillment, shipping, inventory management, and merchandising. Responsibilities Retail Operations Provide excellent customer service in our retail store. Assist customers with products, purchases, and project questions. Maintain attractive, organized merchandise displays. Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately. Help oversee daily store operations, opening and closing procedures. Assist with training and directing other team members. Shipping & Online Orders Accurately pick, pack, and ship online customer orders. Process orders using our e-commerce and shipping systems. Package fragile merchandise carefully to prevent damage. Manage shipping supplies and maintain an organized fulfillment area. Handle shipping questions, returns, and order discrepancies. Help ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. Inventory & Organization Receive deliveries, inspect products, and organize inventory. Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels. Assist with inventory counts and identifying discrepancies. Keep retail, storage, and shipping areas clean and organized. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and daily workflows. Leadership Take initiative and independently prioritize daily tasks. Communicate effectively with owners and coworkers. Help maintain a positive, productive work environment. Solve routine problems and make sound decisions. Assist with seasonal events, promotions, and busy shopping periods. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of retail management, assistant management, or comparable team leadership experience. Experience in customer service and retail operations. Strong computer skills and familiarity with POS and inventory systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable performing hands-on retail and shipping duties. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Previous shipping, fulfillment, or inventory management experience. Experience training or supervising employees. Interest in vintage home decor, furniture, DIY projects, or creative retail.
