Retail Shipping Clerk

Job Summary The Retail Shipping Clerk prepares customer purchases for shipment and supports accurate, timely order processing. This role uses UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other shipping services to help ensure packages are correctly prepared, labeled, and ready for carrier pickup and offers customers a friendly transaction. Duties Prepare customer packages for shipment using UPS/FedEx/Etc services. Pack merchandise securely for transport. Create and apply accurate shipping labels. Verify package details against order information. Organize outgoing packages for carrier pickup. Your impact: Accurate preparation helps customers receive the right purchases reliably. Keep the shipping area orderly and supplies accessible. Requirements Able to follow shipping and packing procedures carefully. Strong attention to detail when checking order information. Comfortable using UPS/FedEx shipping tools or systems. Able to handle packages and remain organized during routine tasks. Clear communication and a friendly customer-focused approach. Dependable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Able to lift 70 pound packages Comfortable with email suites such as Outlook and Gmail Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.5 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
