Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers with their shipping, printing, and packaging needs. Accurately process transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Pack, label, and ship packages using carrier software (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). Provide shipping estimates and ensure all packages meet carrier guidelines. Manage small- and large-scale print jobs with attention to detail and quality. Keep the sales floor tidy and organized by restocking and arranging merchandise. Deliver friendly, professional service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Use computers, shipping tools, and basic office software confidently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail, shipping, or customer service. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Comfortable operating POS systems and handling cash/card transactions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay focused and flexible in a busy, multitasking environment. High attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Basic math skills for accurate pricing and transaction handling.
