Retail Shelf Stocker

Job Overview As a Retail Shelf Stocker, you’ll keep products available, organized, and appealing throughout the store. You’ll support customers with courteous service and help colleagues maintain a clean, well-stocked shopping environment. Responsibilities Replenish shelves, rotate and arrange products, and apply merchandising practices to keep displays orderly and easy to shop. Check stock and shelf conditions, report shortages or damage, and assist with routine store maintenance and cleaning. Respond to customer questions, communicate clearly with team members, and direct shoppers to products or appropriate assistance. Support retail sales and cashiering as needed. Qualifications Required: Bring organizational skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stock products, maintain clean areas, and assist customers courteously. Preferred: Retail sales, customer service, merchandising, cleaning, or maintenance experience is helpful; .
