Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Maintain stock levels through stocking, merchandising, and organizing products on shelves to ensure an attractive store presentation Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and basic math calculations for transactions Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring a positive shopping experience Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product rotation to optimize sales potential Qualifications Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and basic inventory management Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales calculations and cash register operations Demonstrated teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting colleagues and supporting store goals This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career while delivering outstanding service.
