This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product information and selection, and ensuring an organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping customers find the right products. Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cashiering and cash handling Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and inventory checks Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns Assist in store operations when needed. Ensure proper phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in garden, home decor, or similar retail stores Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are advantageous Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math is required Demonstrated ability to perform product demonstrations effectively Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and inventory management is desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently Strong phone etiquette skills for remote assistance or inquiries Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position provides an engaging work environment where team members can grow their retail expertise while delivering outstanding service to our customers.
